1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 already beaten eggs
2 small boxes sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
4 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. cream cheese, really softened

Directions:
Directions:
For crust:
Heat 1 stick of margarine and 1 c. water to boiling. Remove from heat and immediately add 1 c. flour. Stir by hand. Looks like a lumpy mess, changes to a greasy-looking ball.
Add 4 already beaten eggs all at once. KEEP STIRRING. Stir until it looks like batter. Put in a greased jelly roll pan. KEEP SPREADING.
Bake @ 400º for approx. 20 minutes or until the crust looks dryish and poofy. Let cool.
For filling:
Beat milk and pudding mixes. Add softened cream cheese. Spread on cooled crust.
Can top with whipped cream.
Refrigerate.
