2 C. Chopped Fresh Broccoli or Cauliflower
1/2 c. Chopped Onion
1/2 c. Chopped Green Pepper (optional)
1 c. Cheddar Cheese

Blend Together:
1 1/2 c. Milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 Eggs
1 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Lightly grease pie plate. Cook broccoli or cauliflower to almost tender.

Layer broccoli/cauliflower, onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate. Pour blended ingredients (15 seconds in blender, 1 minute with hand beater) over layers. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any remaining pie.
