Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 round wax-covered Gouda cheese
1 pop n fresh crescent rolls
1 egg white
1 green apple or cracker of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Roll out crescent roll pressing seams together. Place Gouda Cheese in center and wrap crescent roll around cheese, you might have to cut an inch of crescent roll off first. Press and smooth out the crescent roll and brush it with the egg white to seal. Place aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and spray it with non stick spray like Pam. Place the crescent wrapped Gouda cheese on the foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. Once cooled, place on a serving platter with apple slices around it. Slice the cheese and eat on top a slice of apple together. Yummy.

Hint: With the excess crescent roll that was cut off you can roll out and cut out a cookie cutter shape and place it on top of the crescent toll covered cheese before baking. This adds a festive touch. I bring this to all events and everyone loves it.
