1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
1 tsp. salt (or less)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cups sauerkraut, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat and onion. Add salt and garlic salt. Drain off fat. Stir in the sauerkraut. Mix well. Stretch and roll bread dough to 1/2" thickness. Cut into about 10 three inch squares or circles. Fill with meat mixture and fold like a turnover. Pinch edges together. Let rise. Bake for 20 min @ 350º.
Brush with melted butter after taken from oven. Best eaten warm. Our family likes to put mustard or catsup in them.
