2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
salt, pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream, light
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
8 oz pasta (egg noodles, angel hair)
2 oz fresh parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and mushrooms in oil just until tender. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Add wine (or chicken broth) and simmer 5 minutes. Combine with cooked chicken. While cooking onion and mushrooms put pasta to cook. Combine soup and sourcream in microwave dish and whisk together. Heat through (2-4 minutes) and stir until smooth. Combine all ingredients and heat together in microwave or simmer on burner until well heated. Pour over pasta and top with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
