1.5 lb ground beef
1 cup coarse saltine crackers
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion, milk, egg, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; blend thoroughly. Place mixture on large piece of waxed paper. Cover with another piece of waxed paper and roll out to rectangle about 9x15 inches. Remove top sheet of paper. Combine remaining cracker crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over meat mixture. Beginning with 9 inch side, roll up jelly roll fashion, using waxed paper to help roll. Place in 9x5 inch loaf pan. Spread additional ketchup over top. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees over for 1-1.25 hours.
