3 T. Dijon
2 T. garlic olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 lb cauliflower cut into 1 in. florets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Whisk mustard, oil, salt and pepper.
Toss with cauliflower.
Spread on baking sheet and roast for 30 min.

Also good to add tumeric and cumin and crushed red pepper instead of mustard and roast. Then add pine nuts, cilantro and mint.
