3 lbs ground turkey
1 jar Picante sauce, add more if too dry
Brown Rice (At Grandma's suggestion we use Lundberg Organic Short Grain) They sell this in bulk at our Costco.

Directions:
Start cooking your rice in time to be ready for your dinner. Brown turkey and break/chop up into small pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. We save out some plain cooked turkey for our grandchildren who love the ground turkey, but are not ready for the Picante sauce yet. Add Picante sauce to turkey and warm it up well.Serve turkey and picante mixture over rice. This is good with a green salad and fruit.

Grandma created this recipe and served it to us on one of our trips to Utah. We love it. It is good for our souls because it reminds us of Grandma and it seems very good to our taste buds as well! It can be made very easily and without a lot of ingredients. All of my recipes are designed to serve large groups, but this can be cut down.
