Jalapeño Peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 8 oz. cream cheese, fat-free is okay
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c mayo
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Half peppers lengthwise and clean
Mix together remaining ingredients, except corn flakes
Stuff peppers with mixture
Dip tops in crushed corn flakes
Place on pan sprayed with Pam and spray peppers with Pam
Bake 25-30 minutes

Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired
