3 T. softened butter or margarine
1/2 cup soy nut butter
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir margarine/butter, soy nut butter, and powdered sugar together. If the mixture is too sticky to handle, try adding a little extra powdered sugar.

2. Divide into small balls and refrigerate or freeze for 10-15 minutes so they aren't so sticky to handle.

3. Melt chocolate chips.

4. Dip balls into melted chocolate and place on waxed paper. Chill until firm.

These are a great alternative for those with a peanut allergy. They can also be made milk free with Earth Balance butter and Enjoy LIfe chocolate chips. If you have a soy allergy, try using Sun Butter instead of soy nut butter.
