1 cup soft butter
2/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. flavoring (almond or vanilla) or 4 Tbsp. of grated almonds
2 1/2 cups of sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together thoroughly 1 cup of soft butter, 2/3 cup sugar, 3 egg yolks, and
1 tsp. flavoring or 4 tbsp. grated almonds.
Work in with the hands 2 1/2 cups of the sifted flour.
Force the dough through the cookie press onto an ungreased baking sheet in desired shape.
Bake until set ..but not brown.

Oven temperature:400º
Time: Bake 7 to 10min.
Amount: About 6 dozen cookies
