4 large or 8 regular size potatoes (baked or cooked-peel skins and mash with fork)
2/3 c flour
6 c milk
1 1/4 c shredded cheese
2/3 c butter
3/4 t salt
1/2 t pepper
12 slices bacon fried and crumbled
1 (8oz) container sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on low heat, add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk stirring constantly on medium heat until it thickens. Add potatoes, salt, pepper, bacon and cheese.
Reduce heat to low and cook until well blended. Add the sour cream and cook a little while longer. Can add more milk until desired consistency. Can sprinkle bacon and cheese on top.
