1 lb beef sirloin or round
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 C cooking oil
1 1/2 C water
2 bell peppers
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into strips, brown in oil, add soy sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Add onions which have been cut in strips. Simmer 5 minutes. Add peppers which have been cut in strips. Cook until tender. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve over steamed rice.
