Use raised bread dough and follow directions.

Roll into long rolls and cut into 1 inch cuts. Roll each of these about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thickness
Place in skillet with light lid. Cut 2 medium potatoes and some onions. Fry a little then add hot water to boil. Place Schupf Nudla in kettle. Water should not cover top of noodles only lower portion. Place lid on; uncover until you hear noodles frying about 45 minutes.
