1 cup Acini De Pepe noodles (small noodle)
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapples
1 can mandarin oranges
1 cup mini-marshmallows
1 - 8 oz. cool whip.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles, drain and cool; Drain mandarin oranges, pineapples and save 1 cup of juice. Cook juice, sugar, flour and eggs until thick as for pie.

Mix with noodles and set in refrigerator over night. Next morning fold in pineapples, mandarin oranges, marshmallows and cool whip.

This recipe was originally given to Melodie Schneider from Diane Schneider. Barbara Coan loved it so much she made it for many barbeques and family gatherings. Barbara thought it was Melodies, but many years later found out Diane gave the recipe to Melodie.
