1 lb. chicken tenders
1/4 cup egg free mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup non-dairy parmesan cheese alternative

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 425°F.

2. Mix lemon juice and mayonnaise together in a shallow bowl.

3. Place bread crumbs, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese in another shallow bowl.

4. One-by-one, dip tenders into mayonnaise-lemon mix to lightly coat chicken.

5. Place tenders in breadcrumb mixture until coated and place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

6. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes. Gently flip each one, so as not to remove the breading, and bake an additional 8 minutes.
