2 Eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Corn Syrup
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Butter or melted shortening
plain pastry or pie shell
1 cup Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla, and butter or shortening. Line pie pan with plane pastry. Put Pecans on pastry in a layer, add mixture. Bake in moderate oven (350º) 50 to 60 minutes. The pecans will rise to the top and form crusted layer.
