1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 large onion, grated
2 1/2 slices dry wheat bread soaked in water and squeezed dry.
2 eggs
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Salt, pepper and splash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape in little fingers or patties. Dust in flour. Brown in 3 Tbsp butter and add 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 can water and dill weed. Cover and simmer 25 minutes over medium heat.
