1 cup cornmeal
3 cups boiling water
1 can Sweetened Creamed Corn
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine cornmeal and boiling water in a large microwave-safe bowl; stir well, cover and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, remove and stir.
2) Add in creamed corn then cook again on MEDIUM for 2 minutes; stir again, then serve hot with brown sugar and milk.
