1 lb de porc haché maigre
1 tasse de lait
1/2 tasse de crème à 35%
4 biscuits soda en chapelure
1 oignon haché finement
3 petites gousses d'ail
1/2 c. à thé de poivre
1 1/2 c. à thé de sel
1/2 c. à thé de all-spice
1/2 c. à thé de clou de girofle
1/4 c. à thé de poivre de céleri

1. Mélanger le tout:

Cuire à découvert au four micro-ondes à puissance élevée pendant 20 minutes.

2. BRASSER 3 FOIS pendant la cuisson.

Peuvent être servis au déjeuner ou sur des biscottes et décorés tels les canapés.

Conseil: Ces cretons se congèlent très bien.
