1 c. butter, 1 C. water, 4 heaping tbsp. cocoa, 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. baking soda and 2 eggs. Frosting: 1/4 c. butter, 6 tbsp. milk, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1 lb. box confection sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. chopped nuts

Combine butter, water & cocoa in saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat & add flour, sugar and salt. Beat with mixer till well mixed. Add sour cream, soda and eggs. Mix till blended. Pour into greased 15x11x11/2 inch pan. Bake at 375 fir 22 minutes. Meanwhile prepare frosting and ice while warm. Frosting: combine butter, milk and cocoa in saucepan till boiling. Stir frequently untill mixture's bubbles. Remove from heat. Beat in sugar, vanilla and chopped nuts. Spread frosting on cake while hot. Cool in pan on a rack. Cut into at least 30 squares. Store in refrigerator till serving.
