1.5 - 2 lbs ground turkey or hamburger
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup water
1/2 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
1 white onion diced
3 tbsp. Worchestire sauce
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Small bowl: beat eggs
Large bowl: Combine all ingredients including eggs.
Mold mixture into a ball.

Spray 13x9 pan with non-stick spray.
Put mixture into pan and shape into a loaf.
Put a little tomato sauce or ketchup on top and spread around.

Bake for 1 hour or until center is 160ºF
Let sit for a few minutes before cutting.

My family didn't like the more 'bland' meatloaf recipes made with crackers or oats, but they love the addition of Stove Top. I like to give this to friends or family that might be home after having a baby or recovering from surgery. Easy to put together, easy for them to bake! (Or freeze)
