2 cans garbanzo beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 red pepper, diced
1 red onion, chopped
1/2 c. golden raisins
2 T. tomato paste
1/4 c. chicken broth
3 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 t. cumin
2 chicken breasts, cubed
2 T. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together in crockpot except peanut butter. Cook on low 6-7 hours, then stir in peanut butter. Serve with couscous/quinoa.

I love this but can only make it for other occasions than family dinner since my kids won't eat it.
