19 oz soft tofu, drained
cooking oil
1/2 cup small white button mushrooms, cut and sliced
1/2 cup straw mushrooms
6 shitake mushrooms
2 Tbsp cilantro

Sauce:
1/2 cup water
2 tsp black bean garlic sauce
2 tsp oyster-flavored sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for sauce in a bowl and save for later. Cut tofu into small, horizontal pieces. Cook tofu in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat with 2 Tbsp cooking oil. Turn once until golden brown. Transfer to a plate. Using the remaining oil, cook mushrooms for about 2 minutes. Add sauce mixture, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until mushrooms are tender, about 3-5 minutes. Add cooked tofu to pan to reheat. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
