4 Chicken Breasts (boneless)
2 cups frozen corn (whole kernel)
1/2 cup fresh tomato, chopped
1 - 2 cups thick and chunky salsa
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Sheets of aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º F. Tear off pieces of foil, approximately 18 inches long. Top each piece with one chicken breast and some of the vegetables. Spoon salsa evenly over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Fold sides of foil over contents. Place packets on cookie sheet. Bake 25 - 30 minutes.

Variation: Add other vegetables, black beans, etc. Bake on grill or over fire. Reinforce with additional foil.
