3 - 4 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 Tbl minced garlic
1 Tbl minced ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Create marinade by combining soy sauce, sugar, water, garlic, and ginger. Stir until sugar begins to dissolve. Add chicken thighs to marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours but the longer the better, up to 24 hrs.

Cook on outdoor grill.
