1 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together cocoa, white sugar, and vegetable oil. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the cocoa mixture. Cover dough, and chill for at least 4 hrs.

Preheat oven to 350º F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Roll dough into one inch balls. Coat each ball in powdered sugar before placing onto cookie sheets.

Bake in oven for 10 - 12 minutes.

These cookies were my mom's favorite school lunch from her high school cafeteria (Mountain View). She would buy a cookie and a soda! They were always served warm. Those were giant and so double the size for extra large cookies.
