9 oz. uncooked spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 (14.5 oz) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

On medium heat saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir in 1 cup cheese, cooked spaghetti and chicken. Spoon into a 3 qt. casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes.
