Ingredients:  
Lettuce (all one kind or 1/2 head of regular lettuce and 1/2 other kind of lettuce)
1/3 pkg fresh Spinach
5 boiled Eggs Chopped
1 pkg Frozen Peas (uncooked)
1 lb.Bacon cooked and crumbled or
1/3 cup Bacon Bits
1 bunch green Onions sliced (green Part only)
2 cans Water Chestnuts (opt)
2 tsp Sugar
2 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put lettuce and spinach in large bowl and toss. Layer eggs, peas, bacon, green onions and water chestnuts. Mix Mayonnaise, sugar, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and seasoned salt together. Spread on top of lettuce. Refrigerate over night. Toss before serving.
