1 pkg Fruit Cake mix (8oz.)
1 1/2 cups chopped Pecans
1/2 cup Raisins
2 1/4 cups Flour
1 cup Butter
1 1/2 cups Sugar
5 Eggs
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp, Nutmeg
1 oz. Rum or Brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter and sugar, add eggs slowly and mix well. Sift flour, salt, baking powder,nutmeg together. Add flour mixture alternating with orange juice. Then add Brandy. Fold in Raisins, pecans and fruit cake mix. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 325 degree's about 55 to 60 minutes. Test.
