1/2 cup Honey
1 cup coarsely chopped Macadamia Nuts, Pecans or Almonds
1 round Brie (or brie wedge)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400º
1) Place a piece of foil on a baking sheet.
2) Place the brie round in the middle of the foil and drizzle honey to coat the brie.
3) Sprinkle the Macadamia nuts on top of the honey, then close the foil around the brie.
4) Bake for approximately 15 minutes, then allow to set for 5 minutes after removal from the oven.
5) Serve with crackers or baguettes

This is delicious- it is great for showers or just groups of people who are in need of a quick and easy snack before dinner.
