1 cup beer or apple cider*
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
1) Stir together the beer or cider, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and garlic in a small bowl.
2) Pour over pork or beef in a plastic bag set in a bowl or shallow dish; close bag. Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours before use.
