1/2 to 3/4 cabbage shredded
1/4 red cabbage shredded for color
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 green onions sliced
2 tbsp. Sesame oil
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1-2 packages of chicken or chicken sesame noodles (Top Ramen)
slivered almonds


Oil dressing:
Mix oil, vinegar, pepper, with packages included in Top Ramen noodles.

Toast the sesames seeds and add to cabbage mixture. Add noodles and 1/2 cup slivered almonds along with remaining ingredients; make dressing and
just before serving pour over the cabbage and toss.

This is salad is a nice addition to any meal. Sharon passed this recipe down to Barbara because her daughter Lesley is married to her grandson Devin. They are very good friend due to the union.
