5 Costillas de Puerco
100 gr. de tocino picado
1 morcilla entera
1 chorizo
100 gr. de jamon Serrano
1 cebolla picada
3 dientes de ajo picado
1 oreja de acelga
1kg. de frijol blanco
˝ cucharadita de pimentón
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

En una olla express con bastante agua, se ponen todas las carnes, menos la morcilla. Igualmente se agregan la cebolla y el ajo. Se pone un poco de aceite de oliva. Se déjŕ por 5 minutos a hervir. Se abre la olla y se agregan los frijoles blancos. Cuando ya casi estan listos los frijoles, se agregan las acelgas y la morcilla picada. Igualmente se agrega ˝ cucharadita de pimentón, se deja que se acabe de cocer y se le agrega la sal al gusto.
