8 chiles poblanos
2 ajos picados
1 lata de leche clavel
200 gr. de queso Chihuahua
¼ crema
2 elotes cocidos y desgranados
100 gr. de mantequilla
1 pedazo de cebolla picada
2 ajos picados

Directions:
Directions:
Se hace arroz blanco para 10 personas
Se lavan, desvenan y limpian los chiles y se ponen a sudar.
Se muelen en la licuadora con la leche clavel, el ajo y la cebolla.
Se agrega el chile molido.
Se le agrega una cucharada de maicena diluida en agua fría, si es que esta muy liquido.
Ya sin hervir se le agrega la crema.
Se unta el refractario con mantequilla y se van poniendo en capas el arroz, la salsa, elote, queso y así sucesivamente
Al final, se pone más queso y mantquilla y se mete al horno.
