½ kilo de spaguetti
¼ kilo de carne molida
½ taza de aceite de oliva
1 taza de vino tinto
4 tazas de pure de tomate o de jitomate molido
1 taza de agua
1 cucharada de albaca seca
9 dientes de ajo
1 puño picado de perejil
½ cebolla picada
150 gr. de queso parmesano

Directions:
Directions:
Cocer el tallarin con sal y cebolla.
Cocer carne con sal y agua
Se muele en la licuadora el jitomate, se machaca la albaca, el ajo y la cebolla y perejil. Se añade el vino y se pone toda la pasta licuada en la lumbre con la mitad del aceite.
Se pone la carne molida y el jitomate. Se deja sazonar. Se le agrega el tallarín y el queso parmesano y se pone un momento en el horno.
