2 cups white sugar
1 block butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp white Karo syrup
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 lg can evaporated milk
2 tbsp molasses
3 cups pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, milk, molasses, corn syrup, and salt; cook until temperature reaches 225*. Add pecans; cook until temperature reaches 250*. Remove from heat; add almond and vanilla extracts. Stir vigorously and spoon onto buttered wax paper.
