2 lbs de cubes de veau
1 oignon
1 branche de céleri
1 carotte
Ail
Farine
Huile
Beurre
Feuille de laurier au goût
2 tasses de bouillon de bœuf
1/3 de tasse de pâte de tomates
1/2 tasse de Ketchup Heinz
1/4 de tasse de vin rouge
1/2 boîte de petits oignons blancs bien rincés

1. Enfariner les cubes de veau.

2. Les faire revenir dans un peu d’huile et du beurre.

3. Saler, poivrer au goût.

4. Ajouter les ingrédients sauf les oignons.

5. Préchauffer le four à 325º F.

6. Cuire environ 2 heures avec le couvercle.

7. Après 2 heures, enlever le couvercle et ajouter les oignons.

8. Bien mélanger le tout.

9. Cuire à découvert encore pendant environ 3/4 d’heure.
