2 lbs. boneless stew meat cubed.
8 stalks celery ,cut up.
8 carrots, cut up.
6 potatoes cubed.
2 large onions,cut up.
1 28 0z. can tomatoes.
1/2 cup tapioca.
3 tsp. salt.
1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic, pressed.

Directions:

Combine ingredients in large casserole or Dutch oven. Cover and bake in 275 degrees for five hours..
