6-8 Strips Lasagna Noodles
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Large Can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1 (8-oz.) Package Cream Cheese, Softened
1-1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
1/4-1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt or Powder
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cook noodles according to directions. Brown ground beef and drain; add tomato sauce and garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in bell pepper and onion. Spray the bottom of a baking dish. Layer, starting with just enough ground beef mixture to lightly cover the bottom. Add a layer of noodle. Scatter a few teaspoons of cream cheese, 1/2 of ground beef mixture, noodle, remaining ground beef, and cream cheese on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes depending on oven. Do not brown.
