3 c. Self-Rising Cornmeal
1-1/2 c. Buttermilk
1/2 c. Wesson Oil or Bacon Drippings
3 Eggs
2 Med. Onions
2 lbs. Ground Chuck, Browned
2 lbs. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
6-12 Jalapeno Peppers
1 can Creamed Style Corn
1 Can Mexican Corn
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients, except beef and cheese. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 pan with Pam. Pour 1/2 batter in pan. Then, layer with browned meat and cheese. Pour remaining batter over the top and bake for 1 hour at 350º.
