2 eggs
3 tsp dry mustard
3-4 large cloves garlic crushed
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
juice of 1 lemon
dash of tobasco sauce
2-3 anchovies, chopped(optional)
1/8 c red wine vinegar
1 1/2 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine & whip ingredients, except oil & anchovies. Add oil in many parts. afew drops at a time. Keep beating at high speed. The adding of the oil makes or breaks your recipe. Mix in anchovies. Refrigerate 2 hours. Use to make ceasar salad with romaine lettuce, bacon bits, croutons & parmesan cheese
