1 cup Apple NESTLÉ JUICY JUICE All Natural 100% Juice
3/4 cup sliced dried apple (chopped)
1 - 18.25 ounce spice cake mix
1 cup water
3 large eggs
1/3 unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 container (16 ounce) vanilla or cream cheese frosting

Directions:
Place Juicy Juice and dried apples in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 to 17 minutes or until juice has evaporated. Cool to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease and lightly flour 13 X 9 inch baking pan. Combine cake mix, water, eggs and applesauce in a large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in apples. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pain or on wire rake. Stir cinnamon into frosting, spread and cover the cake.
