Boneless chicken breast
Extra virgin olive oil
Mrs. Dash's seasoning (any kind)
Lettuce
fat free dressing

Equipment needed: George Foreman Grill

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and place in a bowl. Season with Mrs. Dash's seasoning. Open grill and brush with olive oil. Pre-heat grill for 5 minutes. Place the chicken on the grill. Flip the chicken every 7 minutes for a total of 21 minutes. Take chicken off the grill and set aside while you prepare the salad. Wash your lettuce and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop your chicken into 1 inch cubes. Place chicken over lettuce and add salad dressing to taste.
