3 or 4 chicken breasts cooked and diced
2 # box Velveta
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonaise
2 cups medium salsa - I add more to spice it up a bit
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix all together and put in crock pot until melted. Serve with scoops
