1/2 cup spinach, trimmed leaves
1/4 cup cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1 tablespoon of mild salsa
1 tablespoon of fat-free Ranch Salad dressing
1 6 1/2 inch Pita Pocket
4 oz. extra lean ground beef
1 cup of cantaloupe cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef. Combine ground beef, spinach, cucumber, and carrot with salsa and Ranch dressing. Mix well. Cut pita in half using a knife. Slowly open the pocket making sure not to tear the bread. Divide the beef and veggie mix in half. Place mixture into the halved pita pockets. Serve the pockets with the 1/2 cup of cantaloupe cubes.
