1 clove garlic (minced)
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
1/8 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 ounces frozen, peeled and deveined shrimp
1 tablespoon sliced green onions
1 tablespoon reduced-fat feta cheese©

Directions:
Directions:
In a small non-stick skillet coated with cooking oil spray, cook garlic on medium high heat for approximately 30 seconds. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft. Add shrimp and green onions. Cook and stir for 2 or 3 minutes or until the shrimp turn to opaque. Sprinkle with the feta cheese.
