1 c port wine
1/2 c orange juice
1c sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Zest of 1 orange
1 12 oz pack of cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pot reduce the port wine by half. Add the orange juice and bring back to a boil. Whisk in the sugar to dissolve and add the cinnamon stick. Next add the cranberries and simmer for 10 minutes. Once the cranberries have softened remove the cinnamon stick and fold in the orange zest. Cool and serve.
