3-4 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3-4 carrots, sliced
1/4 c. rice
1 c. frozen peas
1 lb. small sausages
10 oz. can tomato soup
10 oz. can water

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the first six ingredients in a 2 qt. casserole dish with the sausages on top. Mix soup and water together. Pour over all. Cover. Bake in 350 degree oven for an hour. Remove cover, turn sausages and bake uncovered for another hour.

This is one of the favourites of Mother Taylor. We were often served it when we visited her. It has also been a favourite of our family as well.
