Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 Lg VERY ripe avocados
1 Lg juicy lime (use 2 if not juicy)
½ cup of diced tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped onion
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

These amounts are approximate. Once you get use to making it you will add more of one thing and less of another.

Since the lime keeps the avocado from turning brown, you can make it the night before and store in refrigerator. If not make it early the day you are going to serve it. It needs to sit a while so the flavors go throughout it.
